IRON TEE – Hourly Golf Bay Booking Cancellation Policy 1. Overview This Cancellation Policy applies to all hourly golf bay bookings made at IRON TEE. By reserving a bay, guests agree to the terms outlined below. 2. Cancellation Window • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable. 3. Modifications & Rescheduling • Guests may reschedule their booking within 24 hours of booking at no charge subject to availability. 4. No-Shows • Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund or credit. 5. Late Arrivals • Booking time begins and ends as scheduled. • Late arrivals will not receive extended time or partial refunds. 6. Group & Event Bookings • Bookings of 2 or more bays or private events may be subject to separate cancellation terms, including deposits and longer notice periods. These will be communicated at the time of booking. 7. Facility Issues • In the event of facility issues (e.g., equipment malfunction), IRON TEE will offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion. 8. Refund Processing • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 9. Policy Enforcement IRON TEE reserves the right to enforce this policy at its discretion and to make updates at any time. The most current version will always apply.

Membership Payment Terms: A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all memberships. Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date each month as the start date. Memberships are automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. A written notice is required to cancel the membership before the billing date. Discounts for prepaying annual founders membership 5%. Late or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of access and member benefits. Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused bay time benefits do not carry over. IRON TEE – Membership Cancellation Policy 1. Membership Commitment All IRON TEE memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the initial start date. Memberships may not be canceled during this initial commitment period. 2. Cancellation Notice After the 3-month commitment has been fulfilled, members may cancel their membership by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice. Written notice must be submitted via email at info@ironteegolfclub.com 3. Billing During Notice Period • Membership benefits will remain active during the 30-day notice period. • Any scheduled billing that falls within the notice period will be processed as normal. • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time. 4. Early Cancellation Requests to cancel before the completion of the 3-month commitment will not be permitted, except in exceptional circumstances at IRON TEE’s sole discretion. 5. Non-Transferability Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual. 6. Reactivation Members who cancel and later wish to rejoin may be subject to current pricing, terms, and availability at the time of re-enrollment. 7. Policy Updates IRON TEE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated to members and posted through official channels.
